Black Teas

Chanitcleer Blend:  A blend of fine China Black and Green Tea with Keemun for it's uniquely satisfying aroma.  Sunflower petals spark the day with good cheer!

 

Fancy Ceylon : Mountain grown on the highest slopes of the Sri Lanka , these long black tea leaves produce light delicate and mildly astringent liquor. This brew has a marvelous aroma.

 

Assam Irish Breakfast: Assam is the base of most of the great blends of India tea because of its strength, full flavor and deep color. This is a connoisseur's delight as a breakfast tea with a surprisingly delicate character.

 

Darjeeling : Grown in the high Himalayas at over 6000ft where a cooler temperature promotes a slow growth to give the smaller leaves greater flavor and aroma. Darjeeling has a stimulating taste, bright color and rich body of this true tea delight

 

 

Scented and Flavored Teas

Centennial Peach: In homage to Georgia , a most hospitable state that has been growing the world's best peaches for over a hundred years! Black tea with luscious peach flavor.

 

Lapsang Souchong: This is one of the rarest of all teas and world famous for its unique smoky flavor. Exotic woods are used in the old method of hand-firing summer leaves to impart an unusual and pleasant taste. This tea is not for those with conventional tastes.

 

Cupid's Arrow: A glorious ambrosia of cherry, almond and vanilla.

 

Earl Grey: This is a bright, yet full bodied tea with the distinctive aromatic overtones of oil of bergamot which gives it the delicate orange-like flavor and lovely fragrance.

Lili'uokalani Tea:  Stunningly energetic tea, combines the lush tropical richness of peach, mango, apple, orange & guava. Stunning to see, touch, smell & taste

Just Lemon:  The quintessential lemon tea, an ensemble of four different lemon flavors with an Earl Grey Base.  The ultimate afternoon tea.

Canton Spice Tea:  Fragrant and satisfying with s[icy goodness!  Black tea, cloves, star anise, ginger, and lemon peel.

 

Green Tea

 

Gunpowder Green: Hand rolled into tight little pellets that resemble gunpowder of yore, this tea brews clear amber liquid with a light fragrance and a clean, lively bright taste which is vaguely sweet and haunting.

 

Sencha Cherry Moon Green Tea: A blend of high quality green tea with hibiscus, rosehips, apple pieces, orange peel, natural sweet cherry flavor.  A tea to remember!

 

Jasmine Green Tea: This Jasmine tea is made with the finest Green Sencha tea, and lightly scented with Jasmine petals for a truly unique taste experience.

 

White Tea

Winter White Earl Grey: A new tea that combines beautiful Chinese Mutan White tea with lemony natural Bergamot.

 

Yin Zhen Silver Needle: This rare tea from the Fujian Province , is made solely of buds. It is said to be picked only two days of the year. Sweet, light fragrance with subtle flavor & nuances.  $2.00 additional per person.

Semi-Fermented Tea

Formosa Oolong Champagne : Hand picked on small estates in Formosa ( Taiwan ) only once a year when the flavor is at its peak. Regarded as the "the Champagne of teas" of its delicate taste and eloquent fragrance often likened to ripe peaches.

Decaffeinated Tea

English Breakfast: A full bodied tea with some fruity notes.

Irish Breakfast: A malty tea taste with gold highlights.

Earl Grey:   A full flavory cup with excellent Earl Grey notes from natural oil of bergamot.

Rooibos - South African "tea "

 

Provence :   African Red Bush, long noted for it's high amount of antioxidants, blended with lavender notes. Caffeine free and a soothing effect!

 

Super Fine Rooibos:    Naturally caffeine free. It is also called "Long life Tea" because of it's anti-aging effects.   A smooth and mellow tea, with a long list of health benefits!

Herbal and Fruit Infusions

Angel Falls Mist:  Named after the highest waterfall on Earth in the tropical jungles of Venezuela.  A wildly exotic blend of strawberry and lemon.  A cube of sugar with boost the flavor even more!
